ORDERING & DOWNLAODS
When will I get access to my template?
Your template will be available immediately after purchase. Once your order has been completed, you’ll be able to access your Canva template link directly from the order confirmation page. You’ll also receive an email with your template access and our editing guide, so you can start personalising your design straight away.
Will my template expire?
No. Once you’ve purchased your template, you can return to your Canva design and continue editing it whenever you need to.
Is anything physically shipped?
No. All products from The Editable Wedding are digital templates, so no physical item will be shipped. Once purchased, you can personalise your template in Canva, download your finished design and arrange printing wherever you like.
EDITING IN CANVA
How do I edit my template?
Your purchase includes a link that opens your template directly in Canva. From there, simply create or sign in to your Canva account and personalise the editable elements of your design.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No. Our templates are designed to work with a free Canva account, so you don’t need a Canva Pro subscription to personalise your design.
Can I reuse my template?
Yes, you can return to your purchased template and edit or download it again for your own personal use. Templates may not be shared, resold, redistributed or used commercially.
Can I change the fonts and colours?
Yes. Fonts, text colours and most design elements can be changed in Canva, making it easy to coordinate your template with your wedding style and stationery.
Some decorative elements, such as certain graphics or illustrations, may have fixed colours and cannot be recoloured. If you’re unsure whether a particular element can be changed, feel free to get in touch before purchasing.
PRINTING & SIZING
Can I print my templates at home?
Yes. You can print your finished design at home if your printer supports the size and paper you’ve chosen. For larger signage or a more professional finish, we recommend using a local or online print provider.
What file format should I download?
For professional or at-home printing, we generally recommend downloading your design from Canva as a PDF Print file for the best quality. PNG or JPG files are ideal for digital use or when required by your printer or printing platform.
If you’re using a professional printer, we always recommend checking their preferred file format and specifications before downloading.
Where can I print my templates?
You can print your designs at home, through a local print shop or with an online printing service. We recommend checking your chosen printer’s file and sizing requirements before placing your order.
If you’re looking for an online printing option, we also partner with Prints of Love, who ship internationally. Use code 'theeditablewedding' for 10% off orders of US$49 or more.
Can I request a different size?
Absolutely. If the size you need isn’t included with the template, send us a message and we’ll be happy to help with a different size where possible.
ORDERS & SUPPORT
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
As our products are digital and provide immediate access to the template, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
If you experience an issue with your template, have received the wrong product or something isn’t as described, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
If you need a different size or have a small custom request, feel free to contact us before or after purchasing. We’re always happy to let you know what may be possible for a particular design.
What if I need help with my template?
We’re here to help. If you have trouble accessing, editing or downloading your template, send us a message through our Contact page and let us know what you’re having trouble with.
Can I use my template commercially or share it with someone else?
No. All templates from The Editable Wedding are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared as templates or used for commercial purposes.
